Remaining Calm

The person who is humble will engender a low-key profile. To be quietly spoken and to pace one's delivery will receive a greater response generally and in the long run.

The assertive person will consider the management of time. A useful reflection is that time is never wasted, but management will ensure that similar individual tasks are carried out collectively when necessary. Time needs to be set aside to consider how it is spent. Overtime may be a mistake, especially if with time management the tasks can be undertaken whilst the individual is still relatively fresh to undertake them. Tiredness may lead to poor decisions being made or errors of a clerical kind.
