Husband

  • From early times, the husband would practice husbandry or farming.

  • Providing a home, food and security.

  • Through industrialisation, the economic role for many fathers has changed to a widening variety of employment specialisations. Movement within the type of work undertaken also occurs.

  • Some potential fathers never find a partner, however they are still able to provide. In fact they are able to devote more time to the needs of people generally.
