The Job Specification would include the Job Description and also an outline of specific skills, qualities of character and special aptitudes required to carry out the work involved.
A Job Description usually indicates at the outset, what financial remuneration is attached to the position and the anticipated hours of work for any given week.
Naturally, salaried positions would not contain the number of hours of work per week.
